Shipping policy

Due to the recent Sendle Australia closure all shipping is via Australia Post - Their terms can be viewed here.

We endeavour to ship your order within 1-3 business days, however there is the odd time when we may need to source your item from one of our suppliers, which may cause a delay in shipping.

Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to amend delivery address or add any further instructions.

We will not be held responsible for any theft of goods during any part of, or after delivery of goods and not reimburse or replace any part of the order. Should a theft occur please advise your local police.

If in the unfortunate circumstance goods do not arrive within notified times/dates we are happy to follow this up with the shipping company.
